Dr. Ted Baehr is known as an author and speaker as well as founder and publisher of Movieguide® “the family guide to movies and entertainment.” But more than that, Baehr is a strong believer whose walk with Christ influences everything he does.
But things weren’t always that way, says Baehr. The son of two movie stars whose mother died when he was young, Baehr says in the ’60s, he “did a lot of drugs” and “looked for love in all the wrong places.” But finally, he says, a group of people who had come to Christ through evangelist Billy Graham “started targeting me, and they started saying, ‘Do you know about Jesus?'”
