Why These Prophetic Dreams Can Help Break Your Chains of Insecurity

Speaker Jonathan David Helser at Bethel Church shared a story of how he and his wife went to Norway to preach the gospel, and his wife asked God to give her a dream. After they woke up from their nap, his wife did receive a dream from God about how the presence of God breaks the chains of insecurity.

“She’s like, ‘Babe, I had the craziest dream,'” Helser says. “‘We were with everyone that’s coming to the retreat, and we were starting worship, and we are in this time of worship, but they weren’t lifting their eyes to heaven; they were lifting their heads down here because they were wearing this yoke, this big, heavy, burdensome yoke.

“… They can’t lift their hands, and they can’t do what they’re made to do. The dream then faded to a child taking the yoke—what the enemy meant for evil—and he took it off his neck and walked over to the fence. It was a fence that we knew in the dream was the backyard of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit because a backyard is where you go and you hang out with your friends. … The child put the yoke down, and he was stepping on the yoke, and it was causing him to be able to look into the backyard of heaven and see the way heaven was doing family.'”

Then, a short time later, Helser received a dream from God himself about God giving him the power to do seemingly impossible things. For more about these incredible stories and encouragement on hearing from God, watch the entire video here.
