Residents take part in a rally demanding justice for the killing of black teenager Trayvon Martin in Miami, on Sunday. Thousands of protesters gathered in a downtown bayfront park demanding the arrest of George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer who shot and killed the unarmed black teenager in central Florida more than a month ago. The rally in Martin’s hometown was one of the biggest yet, and it drew drew basketball stars Alonzo Mourning and Isaiah Thomas, singers Chaka Khan and Betty Wright, politicians and civil rights leaders.
