President Trump’s Campaign Files Legal Arbitration Against Omarosa
President Donald Trump’s campaign filed arbitration this morning in New York against former White House aide Omarosa Manigault-Newman for violating a nondisclosure agreement.
A spokesman told ABC News, “Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. has filed an arbitration against Manigault-Newman with the American Arbitration Association in New York City, for breach of her 2016 confidentiality agreement with the Trump Campaign. President Trump is well known for giving people opportunities to advance in their careers and lives over the decades, but wrong is wrong, and a direct violation of an agreement must be addressed, and the violator must be held accountable.”
Manigault-Newman has been prominent in political news this week, after alleging that President Trump used racial slurs repeatedly during his days on The Apprentice and leaking audio of her firing by White House Chief of Staff John Kelly.
This morning, President Trump tweeted, “When you give a crazed, crying lowlife a break, and give her a job at the White House, I guess it just didn’t work out. Good work by General Kelly for quickly firing that dog!”
