Obama Seemingly Justifies Radical Islam by This ‘Christian’ Comparison

When U.S. President Barack Obama defended radical Islam at the National Prayer Breakfast by pointing to the Crusades, Christian leaders were quick to point out crusading Christians are not a current threat.
“The Medieval Christian threat is under control, Mr. President,” Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal says. “Please deal with the Radical Islamic threat today.”
Former GOP candidate Rick Santorum issued a statement along similar lines.
“(The) remarks by the president were inappropriate and his choice of venue was insulting to every person of faith at a time when Christians are being crucified, beheaded and persecuted across the Middle East,” Santorum says.
Catholic League President Bill Donohue tells U.S. News and World Report Obama’s ignorance “is astounding and his comparison is pernicious.”
What do you think of Obama’s comments? Sound off!
