Did the Enemy Attempt to Thwart Jonathan Cahn’s Effort to Spread God’s Message?
The Paradigm from New York Times best-selling author Jonathan Cahn is set to be released on Tuesday, Sept. 19, one week after the destructive effects of Hurricane Irma. Cahn’s publisher Frontline, an imprint of Charisma House, has been out of office for a week after its building lost power and suffered damage after the hurricane.
While many blame Hurricane Irma, CEO and founder of Charisma Media Steve Strang sees a bigger picture at hand. In his online column, “The Strang Report,” Strang posts an article titled, “How Hurricane Irma Fits Into the Biblical Blueprint of ‘The Paradigm’“:
“The Paradigm is Cahn’s latest book and, I believe, his most important. Because of the attacks that are coming, we believe the enemy must not be happy about its launch,” Steve writes.
Charisma House publisher Marcos Perez agrees:
“I don’t doubt that the enemy has a target on our company and our building,” says Perez. “It was a major struggle for power to be restored, and our staff had to set up temporary offsite workstations at our warehouse, which I don’t believe is a coincidence one week before the launch of Jonathan Cahn’s book.”
The Paradigm refers to an ancient blueprint that reveals secrets to modern-day events. In his signature descriptive and precise writing, Cahn exposes shocking parallels between ancient Middle Eastern palaces and the White House, biblical leaders and today’s political figures, scandals from 3,000 years ago and the current controversies on American soil.
Cahn’s new book promises to stun readers to an even greater degree than his internationally-renowned books of prophetic importance, The Harbinger and The Book of Mysteries. The Paradigm serves as a reminder of God’s sovereignty and of how He intricately works all things for His ultimate purposes.
However, the team at Charisma House is reminded how, in the same way that God works all things together for good, so too does the enemy seek to work all things together for evil and against the purposes of God. Strang points to not just The Paradigm‘s campaign as being threatened, but to Cahn’s past projects as well.
Upon the release of The Harbinger, Hurricane Irene devastated the East coast and directly hit Cahn’s Hope of the World ministry, causing the staff to be out of the building for seven weeks. When The Mystery of the Shemitah was released, Cahn suddenly became paralyzed with a mysterious condition and spent a week in the hospital. Lastly, when The Book of Mysteries released, the town where Cahn was based then issued threats, violations and summons in one week.
Now, with The Paradigm coming out, Charisma House is struck by Hurricane Irma, the name Irma meaning “the goddess of war.” There is also a chapter in the book called “The Goddess” which is about Jezebel, the biblical figure who was particularly entrenched in the worship of Ashtoreth/Astarte, the goddess of war and destruction.
“I don’t believe we can attribute everything to demonic attacks. But the pattern that exists is unmistakable,” Strang writes. He encourages the team at Charisma House to stay strong in the face of spiritual attack. “Bottom line: It’s a good sign that the enemy is so furious. But we must press forward all the more and refuse to be stopped.”
Long before his previous best-selling books, Cahn was known for opening the deep mysteries of Scripture and for teachings of prophetic import. He leads Hope of the World ministry and the Jerusalem Center/Beth Israel, just outside New York City in Wayne, New Jersey. He is also a sought-after speaker, having addressed the United Nations on Capitol Hill and millions of people around the world. Cahn has also been called the prophetic voice of our generation.
The Paradigm will be released on Sept. 19, 2017 and is published by Frontline, an imprint of Charisma House. Learn more at www.TheParadigmMystery.com.
