Ken Ham's Answers in Genesis was named as one of the best places to work.

Creation Museum Named a Top Workplace

Once again, Answers in Genesis and its Creation Museum have been blessed to receive a “Top Workplaces” award for the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky region, coming in at #13 of all organizations in the region with 150-499 employees. This is determined from an independent and confidential survey conducted of AiG staff members.

The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by Workplace Dynamics, LLC, a firm that conducts research on organizational health and employee engagement.

Ken Ham, AiG president, declared: “At an all-staff meeting last week, we thanked our wonderful staff members for their positive response to the recent survey. Receiving this award is so gratifying. Any CEO would be encouraged to see such feedback.”

Ham added: “This honor helps give us an opportunity to draw attention to the openings we have at the ministry.”

Answers in Genesis’ current career opportunities are available online on the AiG website. It should be noted that AiG’s future Ark Encounter has not employed anyone yet and will not be hiring people at the Ark until the project is closer to completion in 2016.

Answers in Genesis is an apologetics (i.e., Bible-defending) ministry based in northern Kentucky, near Cincinnati. With over 300 staff at AiG and its popular Creation Museum next door, the organization publishes an award-winning magazine called “Answers,” hosts one of the most popular religious websites in the world (up to 2.2 million visitors a month), and produces a daily radio broadcast (850 stations) and weekly TV program.  The museum, located west of the Cincinnati Airport, has welcomed 2.4 million visitors in eight years and has attracted much of the world’s major media. Its full-size Ark, at the attraction called Ark Encounter, opens in Williamstown, Kentucky next year. See www.ArkEncounter.com for recent construction videos and photos.
