ACLJ Files Its First Lawsuit Against the Biden Administration
President Biden’s deep state agencies are already refusing to cooperate with us to expose government corruption, even with our national security at risk.
At the ACLJ, we just filed our first major lawsuit against the Biden Administration.
We’ve spent years warning you about the deep state’s shredding of the Constitution. The actions of deep state operatives have placed the safety and security of Americans in jeopardy. And now under President Joe Biden, the deep state bureaucracy is being further empowered—even reinvigorated—to undermine everything we’ve fought for.
How Should We Respond to the Ravi Zacharias Scandal?
In the aftermath of the shocking and tragic news about Ravi Zacharias’s private life, one of our ministry school grads, herself a longtime missionary with her husband, wrote to me, asking, “Would you consider writing something in regards to the Ravi scandal? I know this is sending believers into a whirlwind of confusion.”
She continued, “I guess what people are saying is how could a man who sounds so spiritual, lead so many to Jesus, be so deeply involved in willful sinning? When things like this happen to someone with such influence, it sends people into a whirlwind of doubt.”
How, then, should we respond after it was discovered that the late Zacharias was guilty of multiple instances of sexual misconduct and abuse? Over the weekend, it was revealed that HarperCollins, his long-time publisher, will no longer offer his resources following the results of RZIM’s investigation.
New Pastors Announced to Replace Carl Lentz at Hillsong East Coast
A new couple has been named to lead Hillsong East Coast, replacing the ousted former pastor Carl Lentz and his wife, Laura, according to an announcement by Hillsong founder, Brian Houston, during his sermon on Sunday, Feb. 14.
Chrishan and Danielle Jeyaratnam, currently pastors at the Hillsong campus in Perth, Australia, have been named to the top spots at the embattled New York location.
Their appointment comes on the heels of an independent investigation into the Manhattan megachurch that, according to an email from Houston on Friday, revealed “significant ways” the church had “failed to reflect Hillsong global culture.” The investigation was conducted in the wake of Lentz’s termination for “moral failures,” which were later revealed to include an extramarital affair. {eoa}
