Charisma News Brief: Pastor Continues Nationwide Campaign of Exposing School Boards

Pastor John Amanchukwu is on a mission, and he isn’t going to stop until he believes God’s justice will be done.

Amanchukwu has been traveling throughout the country this year appearing before school board meetings and reading excerpts from what he believes are “profane” books that school districts have deemed appropriate for children. In Las Vegas recently, he was once again kicked out of the meeting for his actions as he continued to warn parents that they are dealing with the battle for the American mind.

A TPUSA Faith contributor, Amanchukwu have been forcibly removed from multiple school board meetings previously for the same thing.

In Las Vegas, Amanchukwu read from a book called “Flamer” by Mike Curato, which he said was “recommended reading” for students in Las Vegas.

“When you read from that book, when you talk about the things in that book, when you show them that which is evil and corrupt to put perverted material before kids, then get angry,” Amamchukwu said in is weekly column for Fox News Digital. “And the adults, the snowflake adults don’t want to heart it in the school board meeting, it’s hypocrisy.

“This is an intentional plan where atheists, Marxists are pushing an agenda to corrupt the minds of our kids. I call it mental rape. Some people call it indoctrination or grooming, but I like to call it mental rape because it assaults the soul, it stains the brain and robs children of their innocence.”

Amanchukwu isn’t the only one crusading against these books and is not alone in his disgust. Fox News Digital reported that in late August, another man was forcibly removed by security at a Texas school board meeting as he attempted to read from the same novel, “Flamer.”

Parents are becoming more and more aware of these types of books due to the actions of men like these.

In a released statement, the school district said, “The Clark County School district honors individuals’ First Amendment rights, and the public comment rules outlined in federal and state laws. Those rights, however, do not allow individuals to disrupt the business of the District.”

Amanchuku says he wasn’t interrupting the business of the district, but was “disrupting their narrative.” {eoa}
