Jeffrey McCall ‘Felt the Lord Lead’ Him to Secular LGBTQ Documentary to ‘Reach More People’

During the final days of LGBTQ Pride in June, the founder of Freedom March and a leader with the Changed Movement, Jeffrey McCall confirmed his appearance in a new documentary that presents a different message than the one for which he’s gained national attention in forsaking a transgender woman identity.

The unreleased documentary, Pray Away, was screened at a Chicago film festival on June 25. It explores what the Doc10 festival calls the “pray away the gay” movement in a synopsis of the film, scheduled for broadcast by Netflix in August.

McCall’s role is small, compared to the documentary’s primary “gay Christian” figure whose marriage ceremony to a female is highlighted during filming inside the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C.

Has Our Higher Education System Become the Propagation for Anti-Christian and Atheistic Unbelief?

English Bible teacher Arthur W. Pink (1886-1952) immigrated to the United States to study at the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Illinois, and subsequently pastored churches in Colorado, California, Kentucky, South Carolina and Australia.

Regarded as one of the most influential evangelical authors in the second half of the 20th century, Pink, in the words of John MacArthur, “was a master of biblical exposition, carefully mining the biblical text for every ounce of true meaning, every nuance of doctrine, and every point of personal application he could discover. … It is the kind of straightforward teaching that is desperately needed in an era when difficult biblical truths are sometimes purposely softened, made foggy, or revised to suit the preferences of sophisticated postmodernity.”

It took Pink 15 years to write and finalize his Exposition of the Gospel of John. On John the Baptist, characterized in John 1:23 as “the voice of one crying in the wilderness,” Pink noted: “What a position for the Messiah’s forerunner to occupy! Surely his place was in Jerusalem. Why then did not John cry in the temple? Why, because Jehovah was no more there in the temple. Judaism was but a hollow shell: outward form there was, but no life within. It was to a nation of legalists, Pharisee ridden, who neither manifested Abraham’s faith nor produced his works.”

Woman Bound to Wheelchair for 15 Years Walks Out of Sanctuary, Dedicates Life in Baptism

Revival is breaking out in a Georgia faith community, and a woman bound to a wheelchair with multiple sclerosis for 15 years is the most recent participant in this great move of God.

The woman attended Courageous Community Church‘s Sunday service this weekend, but not because she had a deep desire to go there.

She was tired; her husband had worked until 4 a.m., but something—which she later recognized as the Holy Spirit—prompted her to go. Little did she know that she would enter the sanctuary in a wheelchair and leave walking on her own two feet, unassisted for the first time in almost two decades. {eoa}
