The Prophetic Dream That Led Bethel’s Steffany Gretzinger to Become a Worship Leader
Steffany Gretzinger was 7 years old when the dream began.
“[The dream was] about a hill lined with flags that went up to a building,” Gretzinger shares with Shawn Bolz in an episode of “Exploring the Prophetic.”
“I could never see the name on the building. … And I just was like, I don’t know what’s going to happen, I don’t know what this place is, but I think I’ll go there one day,” Gretzinger says.
For four years, she dreamed about this hill with flags and the nameless building.
A few years later on a youth retreat, she met Jamie Galloway, one of Randy Clark’s former interns who was big-time into prophecy.
“He started talking about this place called Redding, and then Jamie’s like, ‘Well, we’re going to move there,’ and I’m like, ‘I’ll just come visit.’ And then we hit the hill to go up lined with flags,” Gretzinger says.
She’d just encountered the church in her dream: Bethel Church.
“I cried in the car.”
Gretzinger is now a singer, songwriter and worship leader for the church she dreamed about growing up.
