Every Believer Must Make This a Priority to Survive Life Storms
Regardless of how long you’ve been saved, what denomination you belong to, or how strong you think you are, no one is immune to the trials of life. Over and over, Jesus spoke about standing firm amid adversity and being an overcomer. In His most famous message, the Sermon on the Mount, he concludes with speaking about having a firm foundation in Him so we don’t crumble when storms come crashing in.
Many believers waiver in their faith during adversity because their spirituality is shallow or close to nonexistent. Their foundation is rocky and therefore they experience ups and downs like a roller-coaster from season to season depending on what is taking place in their external circumstances. It is imperative that every believer makes it a priority in their lives to truly put their roots down in Christ and establish a strong spiritual foundation.
