It will take nothing short of supernatural intervention for Donald Trump to win the presidency, Revelation in the News host Zach Drew says. But if 1 Kings is any indication, God can step in mightily to defeat evil.
In the Old Testament story, Elijah challenged the prophets of Baal as well as the ruling authorities to prove just how mighty God is.
“He made it difficult for God to show up,” Drew says, reminding the Jim Bakker Show audience how Elijah poured water all over the altar.
But that’s not the only parallel, Drew says.
Three weeks ago, the replica arch from the Temple of Baal was erected in a New York City park.
“These are the days of Elijah!” Drew says.
