Why Obama Really Wants to Import 10,000 Muslims to America

A news story/editorial (aren’t they all?) in the September 12 New York Times pouts: “Even though the former Communist countries of Central and Eastern Europe have been asked to accept just a tiny fraction of the refugees that Germany and other nations are taking, their fierce resistance now stand as the main impediment to a unified European response.” Poland, Slovakia and Hungary are rebuked for selfishly refusing to do their humanitarian duty.

Memo to the New York Times: It’s called a survival instinct.

Unlike Western Europeans, who’ve largely given up on national identity and get a morally superior glow as they sink into a multicultural morass, those in the East resist dissolution. It’s difficult to imagine a group less likely to assimilate, whose worldview is more inimical to human rights and democracy, and who are more prone to violence than Muslims.

The media rarely miss an opportunity to agonize over the “humanitarian crisis” of Syrian refugees in Europe – 340,000 arrived recently, fleeing the chaos in their homeland. Germany (which marches into that good night in an orderly, Germanic fashion) is prepared to resettle 800,000 asylum-seekers this year.

Elsewhere on the national suicide front, the White House says we’ll take in at least 10,000 Syrians.

Rep. Peter King who chairs the House Homeland Security Committee’s Subcommittee on Counterintelligence and Terrorism, cautions: “Today’s announcement by the White House that the U.S. will admit at least 10,000 Syrian refugees next year will put American lives at risk. The decision is in direct contrast to opinion of leading law enforcement and intelligence officials in this administration.”

King notes that we don’t have the ability to screen them in the next 12 months. Then he ominously warns: “We do not want another Boston Marathon bombing.”

That slaughter was committed by two Muslim brothers admitted as asylum-seekers from Chechnya. To repay this country for its kindness in taking them in, and giving them a welcome basket of welfare benefits (and a college scholarship for one), the Tsarnaev boys planted two pressure-cooker bombs packed with shrapnel at the finish line of the 2013 Marathon, killing three, including an 8-year-old boy, and wounding 264. Of the latter, 14 required amputations.

Meanwhile back in humanitarian Europe, French police are looking for an ISIS agent believed to be among the thousands in refugee camps at Calais, waiting to cross the Channel and blow up something big. According to the UK Daily Telegraph, the best-known Islamist preacher in Germany is urging his followers to use donations and gifts to get into refugee centers to recruit for Allah’s army.

In August, Fazliddin Kurbanov, a refugee from Uzbekistan living in Idaho (yearning to breathe free air and commit mass murder), was convicted on three weapons charges, including gathering explosive materials. He also tried to provide computer and monetary support for the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan, not a self-help group

If the refugees don’t bite the hand that succors them, their children will get a chance.

On September 9, Hanad Musse, age 19, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Minnesota to conspiring with his friends to support ISIS. Muse is a U.S.-born Somali, one of 85,700 Somalis living here, half of them in Minnesota.

Nidal Malik Hasan is the son of Palestinian refugees, who probably fled persecution by Hadassah. On Nov. 5, 2009, then-Major Hasan opened fire on fellow soldiers at Ft. Hood, Texas, killing 13 and wounding 30.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia won’t take a single Syrian refugee. But in a burst of generosity unparalleled in the annals of human history, the medieval monarchy (which bans churches) announced it would build another 200 mosques in Germany to accommodate the influx. Mosques are more than houses of worship. They symbolize Islam’s beachheads in infidel lands. There are now 1,700 mosques in the United States, more than half built post-9/11, most by the Saudis.

In a poem he wrote before he came to power, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan gloated, “The mosques are our barracks, the domes our helmets, the minarets our bayonets and the faithful our soldiers.” (The Ft. Hood killer had business cards identifying himself as a “Soldier of Allah”) A random sampling of 100 mosques by the Mapping Sharia Project of the Center for Security Policy found a majority had texts calling for violence to subdue non-Muslims.

Besides terrorism, Muslim immigrants have brought no-go zones, a resurgence of anti-Semitism and a crisis of sexual assault to Europe. Although local authorities vigorously deny it, many parts of the Continent have urban areas with high concentrations of Muslim immigrants where police are reluctant to go and infidels enter at their peril. The French government lists 751 of these, which it discreetly calls Sensitive Urban Zones.

Since widespread immigration to Sweden began 40 years ago, mostly from North Africa and the Middle East, violent crime has surged 300 percent and rape has soared by almost 1,500 percent.

A July 29, 2014, Newsweek story by Adam Lebor (“Exodus: Why Europe’s Jews Are Fleeing Once Again”) documents the rising tide of anti-Semitism in Western Europe – from harassment and the defacement of synagogues and cemeteries to assault and murder. Seventy years after the death of the Third Reich, shouts of “Death to the Jews” are once again heard in the streets of European cities. In Malmo, Sweden’s third largest city, with 700 Jews and 60,000 Muslims, anti-Semitic acts are a daily occurrence. Jews whose parents or grandparents found a haven from the Nazis in Sweden, are departing for points West or East.

I’m not suggesting that all 10,000 Syrian refugees the president is planning to bring here will become terrorists or storm troopers. Far from it. Many will go on welfare. (According to the Census Bureau, 36 percent of all immigrant households benefit from at least one welfare program.) The Syrians come from a particularly primitive, violent culture. Do we expect them to become corporate CEOs and flower children?

If the administration can swing it, those 10,000 refugees would be just the beginning. Besides diluting America’s Judeo-Christian core, Muslim refugees are welfare-state clients who will expand the pool of Democratic voters. In 2012, Barack Hussein Obama was supported by 85 percent of Muslim voters.

In a 2008 New York Times interview, Mr. Obama, who spent his part of his childhood studying in a madrassa in Indonesia, said the Muslim call to prayer was “one of the prettiest sounds on earth at sunset.”

If the president has his way, it’s a sound Americans will hear more and more.
