Charisma News Briefs: The Supernatural Phenomena Coming to America
The Signature of Christ?
Not many are aware of this, end times expert Michael Snyder says, but the paths of three eclipses will soon combine to form a giant “Aleph” over America. What is an “Aleph?”
It is the first letter in the Hebrew alphabet. But is the fact that a giant “Aleph” will soon be completed over the United States a significant event? Snyder says he believes the answer is “yes.”
In Luke 21:25, it reads, “There will be signs in the sun and the moon and the stars; and on the earth distress of nations, with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring; …”
Archbishop Targets Lord’s Prayer for Revision
The growing apostate church, or those who have renounced biblical Scripture for the ways of the world, is now trying to rename the Lord.
Calling God “Our Father” as instructed by Jesus Christ is now a point of contention for several ministers who have taken issue with the “gendered language.”
The archbishop of York, Stephen Cottrell, recently sparked controversy during a meeting of the Anglican Church by suggesting that the words of the “Our Father” prayer may be “problematic” due to their “patriarchal association.”
Movieguide® Warns Parents Over Barbie Movie
The new Barbie movie seems to have forgotten its core audience of families and children, instead catering to nostalgic adults and pushing LGBTQ character stories. This departure from its traditional focus on young viewers is alarming for Christian parents who seek to instill biblical values in their children.
Not only does the movie fail to appeal to its built-in market of little girls and families, but it also receives criticism for being poorly made with multiple premises, disappointing even the most dedicated fans.
The movie’s executives missed a crucial step in defining their target audience and neglected the millions of families who would have eagerly attended theaters and purchased tickets.
Piers Morgan Becomes a Voice of Sanity in an Insane World
Do you remember when Ann Coulter was laughed to scorn on Bill Maher’s TV show when she stated that, out of the announced Republican candidates in 2015, Donald Trump was the most likely to become president?
“Trump? No way! You’re crazy!” Who knew she would be so accurate in her prediction?
Now, what if I told you several years ago that Piers Morgan, well-known as a strong ally of the gay community, would become one of the loudest, most persistent voices against trans-activism? I imagine I would have been laughed to scorn, just as Coulter was.
Media Outlets Trash Successful ‘Sound of Freedom’ Film as ‘Fit for QAnon’
Despite the fact that liberal media outlets continue to trash it as “QAnon-adjacent and “fit for QAnon,” the new Angel Studios film “Sound of Freedom” continues to rack up huge box-office numbers since its release early last week and has become the No. 1 movie in America.
Variety reported Sunday that the faith-based movie about child sex trafficking, starring “Passion of the Christ” actor Jim Caviezel, has collected an “impressive” $40 million after only six days of release. It far outdistanced the new Harrison Ford sequel “Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny,” which has brought in $26.5 million during that time.
On its official release day on the July 4 holiday, “Sound of Freedom” generated $14.2 million and picked up another $18.2 million last weekend. It is playing in 2,850 American theaters in North America, compared to 4,600 for the Indiana Jones flick. {eoa}
