Michigan Hospital Officials Tell Sons: Without COVID Shot, You Cannot Visit Dying Mother

An elderly Romanian immigrant lies dying of old-age complications in a Troy, Michigan, hospital. Her sons, both deacons in their churches, want to pray over and anoint their mother before she passes. One of them drove 800 miles to help his brother anoint their mom before she takes her last breath.

But the hospital will not allow either of these sons to see their mother, let alone deliver last rites—because neither will take a COVID injection.

The sons have offered to use every possible protection other than the COVID shots because they have religious and moral objections. They volunteered to wear the most extreme personal protection/biohazard gear and undergo any type of COVID testing prior to a visit.

‘The Revival Is Now’: Holy Spirit Brings Revival in Colorado and Beyond

I love “accidental” meetings engineered by the Holy Spirit!

A most memorable accident of this genre involved a young business owner who showed up at our ministry door one day seeking a telephone to call a tow truck. His pickup “just happened” to die in front of the building.

He recognized me as a fellow member at the Loveland, Colorado, Rez Church and soon sat down to ask questions about our then-new ministry, Shine On Mexico, while waiting for a tow. During the chat, he noted he was envious of my full-time focus on ministry.

Sen. Josh Hawley Gets the Last Laugh on Cancel Culture

Last October, Simon & Schuster, a giant in the publishing industry, announced it would be releasing Sen. Josh Hawley’s book titled The Tyranny of Big Tech. As reported by AP News, Hawley had frequently criticized the various social media giants “for everything from alleged anti-conservative bias to monopolistic control of the online market.”

As Hawley explained, “At a time when these platforms are determining elections, banning inconvenient political views, lining politicians’ pockets with hundreds of millions of dollars, and addicting our kids to screens, I want to draw attention to the robber barons of the modern era. This is the fight to recover America’s populist democracy. That is why I am writing this book.”

The book was targeted for a June 2021 release date, but on Jan. 7, 2021, one day after the storming of the Capitol, which was also one day after Hawley called for an investigation into claims of election fraud, Simon & Schuster released this statement:

After witnessing the disturbing, deadly insurrection that took place on Wednesday in Washington, D.C., Simon & Schuster has decided to cancel publication of Senator Josh Hawley’s forthcoming book, The Tyranny of Big Tech. We did not come to this decision lightly. As a publisher it will always be our mission to amplify a variety of voices and viewpoints: at the same time, we take seriously our larger public responsibility as citizens, and cannot support Senator Hawley after his role in what became a dangerous threat to our democracy and freedom. {eoa}
